Thank you Mr Titi for speaking out in public. Yes and you could also add cadre deployment as well as a civil service (including local government) receiving massive salaries, is incompetent and far too large.

I dont agree with the “age” here. Most ANC leaders have come through COSAS/SASCO/ANCYL to find themselves in parliament/municipalities/government, The majority with zero industrial or business experience. When they become ministers (this is based on popularity -highest nominations) they then surround themselves with ill qualified cadres in those offices. It is these young people who dont know what is going on in the world. You just need to listen to Mbalula to realise that we are in deep trouble. The first step we need is putting structures to enforce Good Governance but this can only come with a total mindset change. The disaster we see is Man-made and even the ANC ( bad as it is) can solve it should they chose to.

It is easy to blame “old people” in leading positions. Why not mention cadre deployment as the real reason for failure and/or uselessness?
